Last week I blogged about configuring WPAD for Internet Explorer clients. Since then I’ve come across some more information that might be useful:

  1. One more link that came in useful a couple of days back when I was setting up ISA Server 2006 as a proxy server – how to create the DHCP option 252 configuration.

    It’s also worth noting that WPAD is not limited to Windows clients – I have a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 server which is using WPAD in the connection preferences for Mozilla Firefox.
