Over the last five months it has had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.markwilson.co.uk\/blog\/2004\/09\/dell-fails-on-service-delivery.htm\">a replacement motherboard<\/a> (3 weeks, 4 engineer visits, 2 no-shows before the PC was fixed), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.markwilson.co.uk\/blog\/2004\/12\/more-problems-with-dell-latitude-d600.htm\">a replacement hard disk<\/a>, and last week the battery had to be replaced.
